Hhmm... well, just on a constructive criticism basis, I would just say on the gryphon use more soft colours so they blend together really nicely, and maybe add something special to his actual creature design, like a special tail or ears or something.
The sheep is adorable <3 I love him but I myself wouldn't really draw him, but someone with a cute style who could do lineart would do really well with him
And the snow leopard, the same thing with the colours like on the gryphon, but that's pretty much it :3
Just practise and it will all come naturally!
